Universal by Design Lesson Planning - SNHU
This is my first year with Bushland ISD. I am excited to be teaching English III.
Before coming to Busland High School, I taught special education ELA, science, and social studies, grades 7-12 at the Youth Center of the High Plains for 6 years. My previous experience includes teaching 1st and 2nd grade at a private Montessori school, tutoring ESL students, and homeschooling.
I have been happily married for 25 years. My family includes a professional nerd for a husband, a daughter working on her doctorate in Audiology, a daughter in nursing school, a son-in-law who is an Army reservist, three beautiful grandchildren and one great big, goofy dog named Hiccup.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing fiction, and sewing things like clothing for my grandkids, quilts and purses.
